As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the clinical operations of Pinnacle Place, LLC. This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience who can oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will guide a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the compassionate care and support they need to thrive.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the organization.
• Develop and implement evidence-based practices to address behavioral health and social determinants of health.
• Supervise and support clinical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide leadership in crisis management and problem-solving.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health and related fields.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
