Orthodontic Practice Manager – Charlotte, NC
We are a busy, growing orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support our clinical and front-office teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage the office while assisting with day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, billing, collections, and front-office operations
• Present treatment plans, financial estimates, and payment options
• Monitor office performance, workflow, and administrative processes 
• Manage patient and provider schedules
• Supervise and support office staff
• Address patient questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records using dental practice management software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of orthodontic or dental management experience
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, claims and collections
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
