As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include:?
Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions?
Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization
Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models
Travel
- Travel - as needed, varies by client needs and could be up to 80%

Qualifications:
Here's what you need:?
Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement?
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders?
Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization?
Exposure to EHR-enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution
