About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Associate/Senior Associate Event Operations to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Support all stages of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance. Assist with creative materials, including graphics, presentations, and event collateral. Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the event team. Learn and be trained in each aspect of event management, contributing to the strategic growth of our event programs. Collaborate with internal teams to help execute high-quality events and projects. Qualifications: 1-3+ years experience in event operations or related areas Experience in graphic design and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Some experience or interest in event planning and coordination. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
