Accounts Receivable Specialist | Payment Poster (Dental)Smile Partners is an MSO built on clinical excellence and long-term relationships with our staff and patients. We support a network of individually branded dental practices, with locations in Metro Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, and now Alabama. Our offices are connected through our core values of great patient experiences, quality outcomes, and a commitment to our local communities.Due to a recent expansion, we are looking to add a Payment Poster to our growing Revenue Cycle team! The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment.Job Duties:Post insurance and patient payments to practice management system for multi-office dental group.Balance day sheets to ensure accuracyScan checks and EOB'sProperly communicate and document claim denials in the practice management systemIdentify payment issues not being paid at the allowed/contracted rateIdentify provider issues and communicate to a supervisor in a timely mannerSupport office staffExperience:Previous Dental preferred, Medical or Dental posting experience requiredComputer skills required to operate practice management system (windows operating system)Candidates must be able to handle a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.Must have excellent customer service skillsDentrix software experience a plus!Schedule:Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pmIf you'd like to work in a fast pace, fun environment, and have a positive, team player attitude, we encourage you to apply now!
