Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the distinct needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive immediate and appropriate support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
