We’re looking for a New Business Development Executive ready to make an immediate impact by winning new manufacturing accounts and expanding business with those customers over time. Key Responsibilities Win new long‑term manufacturing programs from OEMs and Tier suppliers across automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets Build and manage a qualified pipeline sufficient to consistently achieve defined annual revenue growth targets Identify and convert high‑value prospects into strategic, multi‑year customer relationships Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract execution for new accounts Additional Duties Develop and execute a disciplined territory and prospecting strategy Travel as required to build executive‑level customer relationships across North America Maintain consistent outbound prospecting activity to drive qualified pipeline growth Qualifications 10+ years of successful and quantifiable B2B sales experience Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue growth Strong prospecting and cold‑calling skills—hunter mindset Highly self‑motivated with a drive to exceed expectations Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing services Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Comfortable traveling up to 25% Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Competitive base salary + uncapped performance‑based commissions Health, dental, life, short‑ and long‑term disability insurance 401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% 9 paid holidays + paid vacation plan Complimentary EV charging on site Paid training and professional development Inclusive and diverse team environment Join a company where your results will shape the future.
