PACT MSO has a busy Internal Medicine Group seeking two Medical Administrative Assistants. This position is for our Milford location. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with rotating Saturday mornings.

This position supports a department, provider, or manager by performing duties as directed.

Essential Functions - Medical Administrative Assistant:

• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, follow up, etc.
• Responsible for schedule utilization, cancelation and wait list management
• Coordinates tests, procedures, and lab appointments for patients
• Provide patients with information and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Assist with all patient portal questions
• Attend meetings as required by management
• Communicate information appropriately, accurately, and timely
• Create and maintain reports and distributes to appropriate staff and management
• Identify and communicate inconsistencies of information in reports to appropriate staff

Skills and Knowledge - Medical Administrative Assistant:

• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Collaboration skills
• Communication proficiency

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an office setting
