Low Voltage Technician

Low Voltage Service Technician The Low Voltage Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems. Responsibilities: Ensure installation projects and service calls are completed on time and on budget Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and their staff Test electronics using standard equipment, analyze results, and determine the need for any adjustments Teach clients how to operate and manage installed equipment Assemble, test, and maintain circuitry according to engineering instructions Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing operation of equipment Ensure all work and materials meet quality standards in accordance with company policy and industry standards Requirements: 3+ years' Low Voltage experience required Industry related certifications are a plus Healthcare/hospital project experience preferred Relevant and current industry technical knowledge Excellent time management and customer service skills Proficient in the use of basic computer functions Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on systems Ability to simultaneously handle, prioritize, and solve problem effectively
