Laboratory Technician III
AbbVie
Laboratory Technician III performs microbiology testing in a GMP-regulated environment supporting product and material release. Responsibilities include conducting test methods, environmental monitoring, maintaining compliance records, and supporting investigations in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Execute test methods according to written protocols for product and material release
- Perform environmental monitoring using required equipment at specified frequencies
- Maintain safe work environment and ensure GMP compliance in laboratory records and procedures
- Support investigations and provide departmental procedure development assistance
- Complete assigned tasks on schedule while collaborating with team members
Requirements
- Associate's degree minimum, preferably in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current certifications as required for assigned laboratory tasks
- Ability to work A2 shift: 5:45 PM–6:00 AM Sunday–Tuesday and alternate Saturdays
- Proficiency in multiple laboratory techniques with minimal error
