Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Receptionist on behalf of our client. This professional will serve as a key point of contact for the office while providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide general administrative assistance to management and office leadership as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers, business partners, and other contacts through phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person interactions.
• Assist with customer service needs and help ensure a positive experience for visitors and callers.
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail while preparing correspondence for delivery.
• Order, organize, and monitor office supply inventory.
• Support additional administrative projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar support role.
• Previous clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to consistently follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
