- Pay Rate: $33.42/ per hour
- Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268
- Schedule: During training 1st shift 6am-6pm - $32.92/hr (Training for 4-8 weeks)
Working Hours between 6pm to 6am with ST Payrate $33.42/hr
- Employment Type: 5 months contract
- Ensure production systems are maintained and promptly repaired to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving PLCs, frequency drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, refrigeration, boiler, and HVAC systems.
- Assign repairs to Maintenance Technicians or coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Perform and assist with preventative maintenance on machinery, keeping accurate records and inventories.
- Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints; estimate materials and labor for maintenance activities.
- 2+ years relevant experience or a technical degree.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
- Skilled in using trade-specific tools, instruments, and equipment; moderate skill in cross-trade tools.
- Motivated team player able to work alternative shifts and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
