Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel Service Appt Coordinator We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our team full-time at PARKS Motor Group - Tampa Bay. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service customers — helping ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and efficient. This position is based in Wesley Chapel, FL, and offers compensation of $18.00 per hour paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments
- Greet and assist customers with a professional, helpful attitude via phone
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics for customers
- Maintain accurate appointment records and manage scheduling calendars
- Perform filing, data entry, and general clerical duties
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Assist with additional administrative and support tasks as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and basic computer programs
- Positive, customer-first attitude
- Prior experience in a BDC, dealership, or customer service role is a plus
- Starting pay of $17-$18.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
- Full-time, on-site position
