Top Requirements 3+ years of professional digital design experience Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/XD, Microsoft Office, and related design tools Experience creating designs that enhance customer and user experiences Knowledge of Design Systems and Component Libraries preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills Job Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to support the development of engaging content, merchandising assets, and digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, and other digital products. This role will collaborate closely with design leadership, UX teams, marketing, product management, business stakeholders, agencies, and technical teams to deliver innovative and user-focused design solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating best-in-class digital experiences within an omni-channel environment and possesses a strong understanding of visual design, branding, usability, and customer experience principles. Key Responsibilities Design and develop a variety of digital marketing and merchandising assets, including landing pages, promotional banners, campaigns, imagery, coupons, and other web-based content. Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences and support design decision-making. Contribute to and help evolve design systems, templates, and component libraries. Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and messaging across all digital channels. Create high-quality digital assets that improve customer engagement and overall experience. Apply usability, accessibility, and design best practices to all deliverables. Partner with business leaders, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality design execution. Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Digital Designer, Visual Designer, Creative Designer, UI Designer, or related role. Strong expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience designing for websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Design Systems and Component Libraries. Knowledge of current digital design trends and industry best practices. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. Strong visual design skills with attention to detail. Ability to transform abstract concepts into impactful digital experiences. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Additional Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
