Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and groups, providing guidance and support while adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
