Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced environment at Johnson RV. It’s more than a Service Advisor role; we need an outstanding communicator with a natural positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to owning the customer experience. The successful candidate will greet customers as they schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. This role is sales-minded and will handle a volume of work, requiring multitasking and the ability to shift priorities as business needs dictate. Location: Medford, OR. Responsibilities Greet service department customers promptly and courteously Listen to each customer and clearly articulate needs to the technician Provide accurate estimates of repairs and maintenance costs Follow up on repair status to inform customers efficiently Work with manufacturers and file claims in a timely manner Notify customers when RV/trailer is ready for pickup Explain repairs and associated costs to customers Handle minor customer concerns and complaints Keep Service Manager informed of problems or potential problems Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Prior service advisor experience is a plus Prior warranty claims submission is a plus Dispatching, customer service experience a plus Proven ability to achieve profitability and growth Ability to set and meet goals Meticulous attention to detail High degree of problem-solving skill Thrives in a team environment Well-developed interpersonal skills; able to get along with diverse personalities; tactful and mature Decisive with ability to support organizational priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations Self-motivated Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Automotive Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson RV.
