Receptionist

Our client, a leading service provider in the Traverse City area, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls professionally and courteously

• Schedule and confirm service appointments, repairs, installations, and maintenance visits

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and appointment availability

• Coordinate with technicians to optimize daily service routes and communicate appointment details

• Maintain accurate customer records, prepare work orders, invoices, and handle billing inquiries

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles preferred

• Experience in a service-based industry is a plus

• Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
