Account Manager - Commercial Markets

Permanent position for an Account Manager to grow the market segment from the existing aerospace and defense business and into other mission-critical areas such as data centers, medical, transit etc. Manage customer relationships and develop existing and new business. Collaborate closely with engineering and internal teams to deliver custom solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies and programs to expand company's market to industrial segments. Manage and grow existing industrial customer accounts to increase revenue and long-term partnerships. Assist in growing sales within the existing aerospace, defense, data center, medical, transit and industrial markets. Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer needs are met. BS Engineering or Business. Minimum 3 years experience in mission-critical (data center, medical, transit etc.) market development. Experience in working with OEMs and technical teams. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
