Help Adolescents Build a New Legacy At Clearfork Academy, we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. We're seeking a skilled, confident, and relationship-focused Program Therapist who enjoys solving complex clinical challenges, building meaningful connections, and helping clients create lasting change. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and young adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments Conduct crisis interventions and provide therapeutic support during challenging clinical situations Collaborate with medical, nursing, recovery, and administrative staff to advocate for client progress and continuity of care Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups that promote recovery and personal growth Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing electronic health record systems Participate actively in treatment team meetings and case consultations Support discharge planning and aftercare recommendations Stay current with best practices, emerging research, and evidence-based treatment approaches Contribute ideas that improve clinical programming, patient engagement, and treatment effectiveness What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
