Full‑Time Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred Fluent in Spanish and English Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or related customer‑facing business Physical capacity to work 40+ hours a week, travel to local events, set up and tear down, and stand on feet all day A passion for helping people A “gut‑feeling” that you deserve more than current earnings GRIT – discipline to overcome obstacles and achieve goals Dynamic personality with positive energy Desire to grow professionally, potentially into leadership and store management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with cellular services, upgrades, and Home solutions Drive sales through presentation of the latest wireless products and accessories Activate and configure devices using advanced point‑of‑sale systems Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment Participate in store promotions and community events to increase brand visibility Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
