HR Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator Transdev in Arcadia, CA is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator. The role supports the management team with front desk operations, full‑cycle recruiting, and other HR‑related responsibilities. We seek customer‑service‑oriented professionals dedicated to safety. Compensation Competitive compensation package ranging from $20.75 to $25.75 per hour Benefits Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability Key Responsibilities Cover the front office and greet visitors, determining the purpose of each visit and directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining the visitors log. Answer questions and provide relevant information to visitors, customers, and employees. Full‑cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing applications, scheduling and hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System – Jobvite. Create and maintain employee files – complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork. Manage driver and staff payroll and leaves of absence, including employee FMLA tracking. Educate employees on benefits provided. Support employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Other duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience. College coursework in a related field preferred. Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. Physical Requirements Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Employee will spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. Work environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
