Urgent Hiring: General Production Workers – 2nd & 3rd Shift ($23–$24/hr)

Join a fast‑paced window manufacturing facility. We’re hiring reliable production workers who can work with tools, assemble parts, and keep materials moving on the line.

• Monday-Friday 2:20 PM – 10:20 PM ($23.81/hr)
• Sunday-Thursday 10:20 PM – 6:20 AM ($24.70/hr)

• Production assembly — assemble window frames, sash, trim, and other components
• Line work — keep up with production pace (about 1 window per minute)
• Tool use — use hand and power tools for cutting, fitting, and assembly
• Material handling — pick, stage, and move materials; feed production lines
• Machine support — load materials, support automated equipment, measure parts for quality

• Manufacturing, assembly, or general labor experience
• Ability to use hand/power tools
• Lift up to 60 lbs frequently; push/pull up to ~100 lbs
• Stand for full shift; repetitive movement; non‑climate‑controlled environment
• Accurate measuring skills (tape measure required)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Team‑oriented mindset

This is a Contract position based out of Bayport, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.81 - $24.70/hr.
