Project Manager (AI)

Responsibilities Lead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI tools to enable scalable, future-ready communications capabilities. Spearhead development of AI-enabled, human-inspected agentic workflows that improve efficiency across business communications. Support integration of technology platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities. Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market. Lead projects end-to-end focused on service communications. Build a communications archive in SharePoint for future reference. Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience required Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience desired PMP certification desired Ability to work within multiple databases and tools for pulling, analyzing, and tracking of data Experience as a Project Manager Experience leveraging SharePoint for documentation/repository Telecom preferred Background with B2B communications desired Copilot AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI tools to enable scalable Benefits Healthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
