Sales ManagerThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Tampa, FL. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales pipeline for building technology and energy solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and closing new business. This role will manage and coach a sales team, set performance targets, monitor metrics, and ensure consistent execution of sales processes. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and service teams to design solutions that meet client needs and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, building long-term relationships, tracking market trends, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and representing ATS Waypoint at industry events and meetings.QualificationsSales leadership and management skills, including team coaching, performance tracking, and pipeline oversight.B2B sales, account management, and relationship-building skills in technology, building systems, or related industries.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for engaging stakeholders and closing complex deals.Ability to understand building technologies, energy solutions, and integrated systems and explain them clearly to customers.Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to support forecasting and decision-making.Demonstrated ability to work on-site with clients and internal teams, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Previous experience in building automation, HVAC controls, energy management, or similar sectors is highly beneficial.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region for client visits and site meetings.
