Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions for clients, focusing on both individual and couples counseling across various age groups.

• Effectively manage your caseload by maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Utilize our billing service to streamline administrative tasks related to claims processing, insurance accounts, and billing inquiries, allowing you to focus more on clinical work.

• Schedule and coordinate ongoing appointments, ensuring a consistent treatment plan for your clients, while effectively managing your calendar.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure comprehensive care, engaging in frequent case consultations to optimize treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within the detoxification process, which may include individuals dealing with addiction, trauma, or mental health issues. You will be tasked with offering compassionate support and therapeutic intervention techniques aimed at guiding clients toward recovery and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field, and a valid LCSW license to provide independent clinical care.

• Proven professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a self-motivated mindset to effectively manage a diverse clientele.

• Ability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings per week.

• Previous experience in couples therapy, with substantial training or practical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
