The Proactive Engineering LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage daily financial records, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare journal entries. You will assist with month-end closing and GAAP compliance while analyzing variances and maintaining the general ledger. You will also support audit preparation, process invoices, and mentor AP/AR activities.
