POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff. They handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received and items exported correctly (Domestic and International) shipments. The supervisor also train current and new employees. Ensure there are following instructions and procedures. Have a positive leadership with your employees. Continue to be strategic on improving the warehouse and safety protocols. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on completing tasks that are assign to you. Have great communication skills with upper management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will lead our warehouse operations, with a particular focus on shipping and receiving, ensuring the all product is received and inventory accurate.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel to keep mural and a positive work environment.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Supervise and organize the warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and effective solutions.
• Positive relationship with vendors upon delivery. Resolve any issue with parts that arise.
• May be required to drive company vehicle and load/unload vehicle as needed. Must have class C Driver license to drive company vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to drive a forklift (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds. (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervisor. (preferred)
• Proven leadership skills and communication. (required)
• Experience in NetSuite, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. (preferred)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years proven warehouse experience (preferred)
• Forklift certification (preferred)
