Position Details

• Position: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
• Location: Central Florida
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Program: New inpatient rehabilitation service

About Opportunity

Help launch and grow a new inpatient rehabilitation service in the area. The program is seeking PM&R physicians to provide care in a 30-bed acute rehabilitation unit while working with a large multispecialty group and highly trained therapy and nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for acute rehabilitation patients with stroke, orthopedic injuries, amputation, neurological disorders, and debility.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams.
• Provide hospital consults if desired.
• Participate in a mix of inpatient and outpatient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in PM&R.
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
• Comfortable providing inpatient rehabilitation care.
• Strong collaboration skills.
