• Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant\n\t• Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\t• Ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service\n\t• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment\n\t• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and standard clinical procedures\n\t• Experience documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records\n\t• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, plastic surgery, or aesthetics\n\t• Experience assisting with dermatologic or cosmetic procedures\n\t• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems\n\t• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)\n\t• Experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and front office responsibilities\n\t• Knowledge of skincare treatments, injectables, or cosmetic services Job Description We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with prior Medical Assistant experience who enjoys providing outstanding patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Experience in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetics is a plus, but not required.\n\n\t• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information\n\t• Welcome and prepare patients for examinations and treatments\n\t• Assist providers during examinations and procedures\n\t• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)\n\t• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up care\n\t• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructions\n\t• Maintain exam rooms, medical equipment, and clinical supplies\n\t• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies\n\t• Support general front office and administrative functions as needed
