• Position Description:
\n

seeking an experienced Marketing Business Architect to support large scale marketing and digital transformation initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will partner with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data, and Product teams to align marketing strategy and customer experience objectives with business capabilities, processes, platforms, and delivery priorities.

\n
• The Marketing Business Architect will develop and maintain business capability models, value streams, process frameworks, information flows, and roadmaps supporting marketing operations and digital experiences. The role will also provide business architecture guidance for marketing technology platforms, including CMS, CRM, analytics, personalization, campaign management, and AI enabled solutions.
\n
• This position is required in one of the following locations: Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC, Birmingham, AL

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

\n
• This position requires strong cross functional leadership and the ability to manage multiple initiatives, identify dependencies and process improvements, and communicate recommendations to both business and technology stakeholders.
\n
• The successful candidate will bring experience working in complex, regulated organizations and be comfortable collaborating with engineering and technology teams operating in modern cloud environments, including AWS.
\n

Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role:

\n
• 8+ years of experience in business architecture, marketing technology, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
\n
• Strong experience developing business capability models, value streams, process models, information flows, and business requirements.
\n
• Hands on experience with business process analysis and optimization, particularly across marketing operations, campaign execution, content workflows, or digital customer experiences.
\n
• Solid understanding of MarTech and digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, analytics, personalization, campaign management, and AI enabled solutions.
\n
• Experience translating marketing strategy and customer experience objectives into actionable business architecture models and roadmaps.
\n
• Experience with ARIS or another enterprise process repository/modeling platform is preferred.
\n
• Proven ability to work across Marketing, Digital, Data, Product, Engineering, and Technology teams in a large enterprise environment.
\n
• Experience supporting technology initiatives in cloud-based environments; AWS exposure is beneficial.
\n
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product-based delivery, including collaboration with product owners and delivery teams.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes, and resource constraints.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly when working across teams without direct authority.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, executive level recommendations.
\n
• Financial services or another highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
\n

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
