Marketing Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Houston, TX. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Bella Restaurants Group brands, drive guest traffic, and support revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing guest trends, and helping shape marketing strategies for individual locations and the broader group. The role will coordinate promotions, events, and partnerships, manage content for digital channels, and support sales initiatives through targeted outreach. The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a strong guest experience across all touchpoints. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests, collaborate with internal teams, and support consistent brand voice. Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze data, identify opportunities, and plan effective campaigns. Foundational Sales and promotional skills to support restaurant-level initiatives, upsell offerings, and convert interest into visits. Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail marketing is preferred. Proficiency with social media platforms, basic analytics tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
