IT Technician

Salary: $52,000 - 72,800 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced IT Technician with at least 2 years of helpdesk or IT support experience.
• We need strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• We require hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• We require experience with Active Directory administration.
• We need troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• We value experience supporting Apple products.
• We need a basic understanding of networking technologies.
• We expect excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• We are looking for strong communication and customer service skills.
• We need someone who can work both independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+, are preferred.
• CompTIA Network+ is required.
• We require the ability to commute to Downers Grove, IL and work onsite.

• We provide technical support to our clients by phone, email, and in person.
• We troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on client computers.
• We assist with the installation and configuration of client servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
• We perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems and network infrastructure.
• We manage and monitor client backup and disaster recovery systems.
• We participate in project planning and the rollout of new client systems and technology solutions.
• We document and maintain accurate records of client systems and services.
• We stay current with emerging IT trends and apply new knowledge to improve client support.
