IT Professional For Enterprise-Wide Endpoint ManagementWe are seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable IT professional to help support and advance enterprise-wide endpoint management technologies and services across a diverse range of systems and devices.In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of endpoint management solutions. You will contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for key services and technologies and help guide those services throughout their full lifecycle, from planning and deployment to modernization and retirement.You will work closely with both IT teams and the scientific user community as a trusted partner, helping identify effective technical solutions and long-term strategies that support mission needs. This position also requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as you will regularly engage with IT leadership, service desk staff, cybersecurity teams, central IT, and other stakeholders to coordinate technical issues, planned improvements, and service changes.This role may also serve as a project leader for significant initiatives, helping translate strategic roadmaps into high-quality, forward-looking IT solutions.Position RequirementsTo perform the essential functions of this position successful applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, which is required to comply with federal regulations and contract.Bachelors and 2+ years of experience, or equivalentFamiliarity with Active Directory and SCCM preferredBackground in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of Windows endpoint management services in an enterprise IT environmentKnowledge of Windows operating systems and software lifecycle management, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and best practices at scaleUnderstanding of systems analysis and design, including troubleshooting complex or integrated systems and servicesStrong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and all levels of managementCapacity to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and evolving technical practicesKnowledge of networking, virtualization, and automation principlesExperience with scripting and an understanding of the software development lifecycleAbility to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesStrong project and time management skills, with the ability to work independentlyWillingness to learn and follow Laboratory and Department of Energy policies and proceduresAbility to model Argonne's core values of impact, safety, respect, integrity, and teamworkJob FamilyProfessional Technical (PT)Job ProfileSystems Integration Admin/Support 2Worker TypeRegularTime TypeFull timeThe expected hiring range for this position is $69,750.00 - $108,810.00.Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only.
