Sr. Principal Vascular Sales Rep, Grand Rapids

Medtronic seeks a Senior Principal Vascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth and market share for peripheral vascular products. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and supporting clinical adoption of therapies across PAD, carotid disease, and venous conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and account development objectives in assigned territory
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and prospective accounts, leveraging full product portfolio for therapy adoption
- Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical discussions
- Provide clinical support and partner with care teams to plan procedures and optimize patient outcomes
- Manage territory operations including account coverage, market intelligence, expense control, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent plus 12+ years sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Associate's degree plus 10+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years
- Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and acceptable driving record
- 4+ years B2B or medical sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols
- Ability to educate medical personnel and technical support staff
