Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Emmaus, PA for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Routes generally run from northern North Carolina through New England and as far west as eastern Ohio, with typical home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.

Sign-on bonus: $4,000
Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile; up to 3¢ per mile performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Average miles: Approximately 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight availability)
Average length of haul: Around 400 miles
Additional pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond; $65 for Long Island deliveries; detention pay $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
Top earnings: Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly

Lane details

Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
Primary operating area is generally Virginia to Maine, with common freight lanes from northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.
Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to maximize miles while preserving weekly reset time.
Drivers may have the option to remain out for additional weekend freight instead of returning home for reset to increase miles and pay.
Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
