Overview Workday Finance Principal Adaptive Analyst - Information Solutions at MUSC Health. The role is responsible for evaluating, designing, and executing solutions that maximize the effectiveness of the Workday Adaptive and Finance platform. The position involves system evaluation and analysis resulting in operational improvements and requires collaboration with customers, peers, technical, and operations staff to solve business problems. Responsibilities Evaluate, design, and execute solutions that maximize the effectiveness of the Workday Adaptive and Finance platform. Directly involved in system evaluation and analysis resulting in operational improvements. Independently design, troubleshoot, and resolve reported system issues with functional understanding of operational and technical aspects within their area of expertise. Collaborate effectively with customers, peers, technical staff, and operations staff to solve business problems. Qualifications Work Experience: 6+ years of Workday Sustainment experience in configuration or implementation, preferably with a Partner. 6+ years of business operations experience in the vertical area. Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Certifications: WorkDay Pro certification or Implementation certification from Partner is a plus; willingness to attain WorkDay Pro certification within 12 months of hire. Background in identifying, designing, testing, and deploying business operations processes, procedures, and best practices.
