Assistant Program Director

Unity House of Troy is currently seeking an Assistant Program Director for our Domestic and Sexual Violence non-residential program in Troy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation.
• Monitor applicant's acceptance into the housing program.
• Training new staff on the policies and procedures of our Funders.
• Direct supervision of some staff.
• Schedule, coordinate and facilitate trainings.
• Working with Housing program director on all areas of the program.
• Oversight of multiple grant-funded programs, data collection/reporting, and support services.
• Additionally, this position will develop outreach initiatives with providers in the region to help build and maintain new and existing programs.
• Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications:

• College degree and/or previous experience working with victims of domestic violence, or a similar population (Preferred). Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation, a valid/clean NYS driver's license. Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
