Divisional Vice President of Sales

For our client, we are seeking a Divisional Vice President Of Sales to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Business Services environment. Location: Woodinville, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and gross margin targets Enhance Customer Partnership Health Scores to exceed customer experience goals Support budgeting, P&L, and DC goals by understanding account activities and business functions Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to exceed sales goals and drive performance excellence Provide clear direction and mentorship to Directors for their professional growth Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to develop innovative sales strategies Communicate the company's vision, goals, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and support sales initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive industry Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with long-term vision for achieving objectives Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear articulation of strategies Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing competing demands in dynamic environments Strong business acumen and financial literacy for data-driven decision making Benefits Robust PTO including paid vacation days and paid volunteer days Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and AD&D insurance coverage 401k retirement plan with company match Tuition reimbursement for continued education Programs for mental health and financial wellness support Professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
