We seek an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our celebrated dining experience, part of the global Hyatt family. What You'll Do As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, setting the tone for service excellence and team culture. Your responsibilities include: Leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service execution, strong communication, and exceptional attention to detail. Maintaining an active presence on the dining room floor by coaching colleagues, supporting service, engaging with guests, and responding to operational needs in real time. Creating memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs, building relationships with repeat guests, and resolving concerns with professionalism and genuine care. Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a high‑performing front‑of‑house team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partnering with Culinary and Beverage leadership to ensure colleagues confidently represent our menus, wines, cocktails, and seasonal offerings. Managing scheduling, labor, productivity, and operating costs while supporting revenue growth and overall restaurant performance. Monitoring guest feedback, online reputation, and service trends to continuously elevate the dining experience. Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure seamless service for restaurant guests, hotel guests, private events, and VIP experiences. Who You Are You're a hands‑on leader who thrives on the floor, mentors others, makes thoughtful decisions under pressure, and creates an environment where guests and colleagues feel genuinely cared for. Visible, hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the floor and leading through action. Passionate about delivering refined yet approachable hospitality. Exceptional communicator who builds strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and cross‑functional partners. Calm, adaptable, and confident in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Business‑minded with an understanding of labor management, profitability, and operational performance. Curious about food, wine, cocktails, and creating exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications Three or more years of progressive restaurant, food and beverage, or hospitality leadership experience. Experience leading front‑of‑house teams through hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance development. Experience in an upscale casual, chef‑driven, luxury hotel, or other high‑touch dining environment preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, food and beverage, and service recovery. Wine and beverage knowledge and a passion for hospitality are highly valued. Why The Town Company?
