Business Development Manager

Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.Build relationships with hotel General Managers, Regional Directors, Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, and ownership groups.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM.Secure approved vendor status with hospitality organizations.Manage RFPs, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade associations.Collaborate with operations to ensure successful project execution.Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reporting.Develop strategic growth plans for the hospitality market.Achieve and exceed revenue and business development targets.Qualifications and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.Proven B2B outside sales or business development experience.Experience selling into the hospitality industry or a related commercial market.Existing relationships within hotels, resorts, casinos, or hospitality management companies.Experience managing procurement processes, RFPs, and vendor approval programs.Strong CRM proficiency.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Valid Driver's License.BenefitsHealth InsuranceCareer Growth OpportunitiesProfessional DevelopmentPerformance-Based IncentivesCollaborative Team Environment
