** Position Overview **

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join a dynamic, fast-paced in-house legal team. This is a high-impact role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to lead key legal workstreams and projects across multiple functional areas, including intellectual property, corporate governance, contract lifecycle management, litigation support, and legal operations.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a multifaceted environment. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and outside counsel, contributing both strategically and operationally to the effectiveness of the legal department.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Manage trademark and patent portfolios, including tracking prosecution, monitoring renewal deadlines, and coordinating with outside IP counsel
• Oversee entity management compliance, including third-party vendor coordination, annual filings, and certificates of good standing
• Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of routine resolutions
• Maintain business licenses and registrations across multiple jurisdictions
• Administer contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, including workflow management and signature processes (e.g., DocuSign)
• Lead CLM implementation and optimization initiatives
• Conduct routine contract review (e.g., NDAs), with opportunity to expand scope over time
• Support corporate transactions through due diligence, document management, and deal tracking
• Manage subpoena intake and processing
• Prepare and administer litigation hold notices
• Coordinate insurance applications and data collection for policy renewals
• Process and track invoices for outside counsel and legal vendors
• Maintain organized legal records, databases, and electronic filing systems
• Generate reports using legal software tools
• Prepare documents and presentations for attorneys and legal staff
• Support lease administration and facilities-related legal matters
• Provide general administrative support to legal team members as needed

** Qualifications **

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; paralegal, legal studies, or related field preferred
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role within an in-house legal department
• Experience managing a wide range of legal and operational responsibilities preferred
• Hands-on experience managing intellectual property portfolios (trademarks and patents)
• Experience with corporate governance and entity management
• Knowledge of business license and registration processes
• Litigation support experience
• Experience with CLM platforms; exposure to system implementation or optimization projects preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable contributing at all levels, from strategic initiatives to administrative tasks
• Proficiency with legal technology tools; experience with platforms such as Conga, CSC, DocuSign, and/or Salesforce is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and interest in leveraging technology for efficiency
• Ability to occasionally lift materials up to 10 pounds
