This full-time role includes prospecting for new opportunities, designing incrediblespaces, and building relationships. Plants and people are better together, and this role's missionis to put more of them together. Growing Green has an amazing support team, tech, andholiday team for smooth transitions. If you are ambitious, like to grow relationships, and getpaid well for doing it, this might be a great career advancement for you!ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Be in front of the clientsParticipate in handover activities from Salespeople and Account Managers, ensuring all onboarding information is present for service needsInquiry, proposal, client presentation, inside of existing accountsWork with Microsoft and CRM with our cross-functional teamsProactively learn plants, be innovative and creative with designBe professional with all client facing and service workActively collaborate with the team on projectsBringing solutions to challengeAbility to ask good questions and listenOrganization and planningProactive CommunicatorCollege (preferred but not required)Min 2-3 years sales or customer serviceCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:$75K OTE first year (unlimited potential – salary + commission)Medical 75% (benefit immediately):Dental 75% (benefit immediately)Vision 100%Simple IRA+PTOExpected Work SchedulePrimary responsibility is outside sales call activity, in the office for meetings, and team projectsAttend all sales meetings focused on growthWork EnvironmentAble to work in a warehouse, commercial buildings, a professional setting, or occasionally outdoorsWork to be performed at 800 Edwin St. or 5757 Manchester Rd. St. Louis, MO, as well as networking events, sales calls in designated territories, and target locations.QUALIFICATIONS:3-5 yrs. business-to-business salesNeed to have an eye for designMotivated self-starterMust be open to learning new thingsAbove average attention to detailPositive winning attitudeCollege degree preferred (but not required)Experience with plants or design preferred - Looking to grow client base in healthcare; if prior experience, please apply.Competitive with a strong desire to learn and grow.Can prioritize, organize, and effectively multitask #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
