Lightspeed Restoration is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to focus on building relationships, generating referrals, and supporting the estimating process. This role plays a key part in growing the business by developing strong partnerships and ensuring opportunities are properly documented and converted into revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents & adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and real estate professionals.
• Generate and manage referral pipelines.
• Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency.

Compensation includes:

• Base rate.
• Aggressive commission structure: 10% on water jobs and 5% on fire and mold jobs.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Company phone provided.
• Marketing budget provided.

Requirements:

• Strong people skills and relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

What we're looking for:

Someone who can build strong referral relationships, identify opportunities, and help turn those opportunities into completed jobs. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

Lightspeed Restoration franchises come to the aid of residential and commercial customers who have been impacted by water and fire damage and indoor air quality issues. Our technicians tackle water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No two jobs are alike so you'll get to take on new challenges every day.

Lightspeed provides paid training to bring technicians up to speed on industry best practices and the latest technologies. Technicians who demonstrate expertise and leadership skills can move into supervisor, estimator, and project manager roles.
