Corporate HR ManagerWe're seeking a bilingual Corporate HR Manager to oversee Human Resources operations across six manufacturing facilities supporting approximately 1,000 employees.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where HR is viewed as a true business partner. You'll lead a team of HR professionals while working alongside operations leadership to support employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, benefits, and leadership development.What You'll Do:Lead HR operations across multiple locationsDevelop and mentor HR SpecialistsPartner with Operations leadersDrive consistency across HR practicesSupport employee relations and complianceParticipate in benefits administrationOversee workers' compensation and regulatory mattersTravel throughout Florida approximately 25-30%What We're Looking For:Multi-site/hands-on HR leadership experienceManufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial experience preferredBilingual English/SpanishStrong employee relations backgroundHands-on leadership styleAbility to build relationships with hourly employees and executive leadership alikeWhy Join Us?Competitive salary ($120K-$140K)Discretionary bonus opportunityCompany vehicle and fuel allowanceStrong benefits packageOpportunity to grow into an HR Director positionCollaborative leadership teamStable, growing organization with significant long-term career potential
