IT Resource Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To optimize IT resource management in a remote setting, the full-time temporary IT Resource Analyst will analyze resource utilization, manage time tracking systems, and provide recommendations to IT management regarding staffing and project resourcing. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to balance workload and priorities while analyzing IT resource utilization Administer the IT time tracking system and produce weekly utilization reports to identify risks and optimization opportunities Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making related to IT resource planning and capacity management Required qualifications 0-2 years of resource management experience in an enterprise environment Associate's degree from an accredited college or university 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports related to resource utilization Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
