General Manager - Concrete Formwork & Rebar

Job Title
Our client is an established Concrete Formwork and Steel Reinforcement contractor, offering innovative products and services that have a positive impact on commercial and industrial building projects throughout the Southeast.
What You'll Do
- Provide oversight for all operational and revenue generating divisions of the company.
- Develop and implement strategies with building contractors, concrete contractors, and structural engineers to achieve project and revenue goals within the region.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers and superintendents to achieve project objectives.
- Responsible for developing training programs that compliment and grow each specific functional team.
- Assist with development of annual goals and performance measurements for the company and review these on a monthly basis.
- Develop technical and sales strategies (design & pricing) for success on critical projects.
- Assist with development of new commercial materials and technical approaches to launch and sell new capabilities.
- Assist project teams with winning proposals and documents.
- Travel to regional project sites to ensure projects are meeting quality, timeline, and budget goals.
What You'll Need
- Ability to build and develop teams and drive business growth through the development of people and business processes.
- Possess a strong understanding of concrete construction means and methodologies.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to uncover opportunities with new and prospective clients in the region.
- 10 years experience with a Concrete Formwork and/or Rebar company with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
