Role Description The Director of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across key customer segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, coaching and guiding the sales team, developing and executing business development initiatives, and building strong relationships with event hosts and partners. The director will analyze performance data, refine sales processes, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market efforts. This role also includes setting targets, managing budgets, and representing AisleGo at industry events and meetings. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management and closing complex deals. Demonstrated experience in Business Development, partnership building, and market expansion. Background in Customer Service, with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction. Proven Team Management skills, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. 5+ years in a senior sales or business development leadership role, preferably in SaaS or event services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Data-driven decision-making abilities and familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools.
