Litigation ParalegalLHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for an onsite contract opportunity with a respected law firm or corporate legal department. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide direct support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.Responsibilities include:Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation databases.Coordinate document production and discovery processes.Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.Review, summarize, and analyze medical records, deposition transcripts, and legal documents.Monitor court deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and hearing materials.Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.Support attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics.Required qualifications include:Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements.Experience managing discovery, document review, and trial preparation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred qualifications include:Paralegal Certificate or Associate/Bachelor's degree.Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.Familiarity with legal case management and document management software.Prior experience supporting complex commercial, insurance defense, employment, or civil litigation matters.Skills include:Litigation supportDiscovery managementLegal researchTrial preparationDocument review and analysisCourt filingsCase managementAttention to detailWritten and verbal communicationTime management and organizationCompetitive compensation offered based on experience and qualifications.Qualified candidates interested in this onsite contract Litigation Paralegal opportunity are encouraged to submit their resume for immediate consideration.
