Human Resources Assistant (Worcester, MA)

CLA seeks a talented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant working out of our Worcester office. The person will provide day-to-day HR support in a variety of areas, including assisting with the onboarding and orientation process for staff, entering records into HRIS, and helping with other HR tasks as needed. The person will also take a leading role in helping to plan and coordinate CLA’s wellness initiatives, which have included self-care trainings and other social events and get-togethers. Full-time or part-time options available. Qualifications College degree or equivalent experience. Prior HR experience strongly preferred. Comfortable with technology and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applications, including Excel. Must be patient and flexible, organized, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet competing deadlines. Very strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships. Experience in the nonprofit sector a plus. Compensation The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience.
