EAI is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant at our Welcome, MN office location. In this role, the candidate must be detail oriented, exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills, and possess strong computer skills. This would be a part-time role, required hours would be 8:00am-5:00pm (CST) every Thursday and Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high level of customer service for both internal and external clients over the phone and in person.
\n
• Answer customer calls on a multi-line phone system and direct them to the correct area/department within the company.
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing prompt and professional phone support while acting as the lead for the phone system.
\n
• Enter customer information into the internal ticketing software, keeping the information accurate and up to date.
\n
• Assist the administrative and management teams by preparing reports on key metrics to support the company.
\n
• Ensure office space is neat and organized at all times.
\n
• Assist management team with a variety of other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as needed.
\n
• Additional duties and roles as needed.
\n

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
\n
• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software systems.
\n
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and visitors.
\n
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
\n
• Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system is preferred, but not required.
\n

The primary work environment for this position is typical of an office work setting requiring the candidate to be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

This position will be based in our Welcome, MN location, with the opportunity for limited hybrid work, as approved by management. Regular on-site, in-person presence in Welcome will be required.

Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
